Three tips that will help.  First, the higher the PR of the inbound link you request…the harder that request will be to fill.  So, as we get started, you may want to focus on the lower PR links to begin with.  Second…if you don’t have sites that you can create links on.  No problem!  Just create squidoo lenses, or hubpages, or blogspot blogs, etc. and put links on them.  This is just FINE!  These are valuable backlinks…and , if you do some social bookmarking…they will get decent PR as well!

Finally, relevance can be nice…but it’s not enforced right now.  We’re all trying to see how Google will handle it…I mean , just because a link talking about how great a site is…is from a non-relevant site…does that make it less important?  Probably not…so…for now, don’t stress about relevancy, and feel free to process link requests from any category…of course…if you can be relevant, please do so.
